Return Policy

Were you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Not to worry!  We want to make sure you are happy so we offer a simple return policy. All you need to know is:

-You have 30 days after receiving your product(s) to ship them back to us.

-You are responsible for return shipping fees. Want free return shipping? Check out the “Free Return Shipping” option below.

-You may return your product(s) for a full refund provided the product(s) are unworn and still contain all of the original packagings.

-Complete the Return form found to the right and include it in your return box, you may use the one we sent you.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

-Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

-We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. However, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post a credit to your account.

-We do not accept international returns or exchanges. All sales shipped outside of the United States are final.

-We are not responsible for shipping times from UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any shipment policies.

Free Return Shipping

This option is available only to US customers. You may receive a free return-shipping label if you elect to return your merchandise for store credit, rather than a refund. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you may use on your next purchase. Store credit coupon code may not be combined with any promotional codes. Free return shipping is also available to the customer who received damaged or incorrect merchandise. This includes any items that are different in size, color, style, brand, or condition than what was described at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item, you would need to purchase the new item and send the original item back for a refund.

(When Available) * 2-day orders must be placed before 8 AM PST to be shipped the same day, if not they will ship out the next business day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday or Sunday.

(When Available) * 1-day orders must be placed before 8 AM PST to be shipped the same day, if not they will ship out the next business day. Deliveries will not be made on Saturday or Sunday.

(When Available) * 1-day shipping is only available to the following states, California, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona.

International

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorized Black Men In Fashion Product(s) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Black Men In Fashion Product(s) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

*International customers are responsible for any taxes/duties/fees that are imposed by their respective government and any brokerage charges assessed by the carrier

*All international shipping services have trackability

*Expedited shipping services are only available to these countries CA, AU, NZ, MX, and UK.

*Items will not be marked as a gift or with lower values
